Individualized Personal Training

45 minutes: $30

Training that is tailored specifically towards all your needs.

weight loss, strength training, endurance training and overall fitness!

I will be:

  • Demonstrating exercises and routines that are prescribed.
  • Assisting with making sure exercises are performed correctly to avoid injury
  • Answer various fitness questions and information
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments to routines to ensure steady progress.

Group exercise classes

45 minutes: $15

Group Fitness Classes

Fitness classes held in a group setting-All fitness levels are welcome!!!

Classes will consist of a pre planned workout routine. mostly consisting of body weight exercises that will keep the heart rate up. Only equipment needed would be a yoga mat, but other equipment used will be up to you.

This rate for these sessions/classes are either when I make a public announcement for an group fitness class or if you bring one or more persons with you to a training session.

Online Coaching

Online Coaching maybe perfect for you if you do not have the time to meet face to face, and still want training tailored to you.

Through online coaching you will get all the great benefits of face to face training but through internet based communication. I will still guide, demonstrate and provide detailed attention to your specific wants and needs. You will get...

  • Online communication with quick response time. (Email, IG, FB and other modes of communication) (response time no longer than 24 hour)
  • Exercise Demonstration
  • Limited diet advice
  • Daily and weekly fitness check ins. (keeping tab on your progress, and seeing if there needs to be changes to your plan)
